Quality Circuit Assembly, Inc., QCA, was established in 1988 offering printed circuit board assembly services to original equipment manufacturers. Increased customer requirements for total manufacturing solutions inspired and ultimately resulted in the addition of cable and harness assembly, sub assembly and higher level electro-mechanical box builds. Since its inception, QCA has grown steadily as a result of superior customer service, sensitivity to changing customer requirements and a dedication to quality. QCA now occupies a 40,000 square foot facility in the heart of the Silicon Valley running multiple shifts with 70 dedicated, experienced employees. People are the strength of QCA. The average seniority of the employees is 10+ years. Employees are involved in a continuous training program.
