The two day audit was performed by Orion Registrar, Inc., a noted quality and environmental systems registrar headquartered in Arvada, Colorado. The ISO certification reinforces QCA's dedication to quality, service and customer satisfaction. ISO 9000 is a standard that specifies the necessary components of a quality management system. The audit process ensures that organizations have the necessary systems in place to continuously improve the level of quality offered by the organization making the development, manufacturing and supply of products and services more efficient, safer and cleaner.
